Born and raised in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana, the “birth place of Jazz”, I began to perform at the age of 14. This was an exciting time of my life.
A Young Student
I began my music studies at the age of 9 studying the Guitar and Bass Guitar with Roger Filiberto for 8 years in New Orleans, Louisiana. I also studied Classical Guitar with Paul Guma at Loyola University, New Orleans for 3 years.
Attended Howard Roberts first Jazz Guitar seminar in Los Angeles, California. Piano classes with James Bastien at Loyola university. Percussion—Concert band Loyola university
FROM PARIS, FRANCE TO KATY, TX
This was a huge decision to move from France, a place I began to call home. I hope to bring my best teaching techniques into to the homes of the folks here in Katy.
